MEMBERSHIP CARD FULFILLMENT

We offer membership card processing where we work with you to create your custom designed membership cards which you then purchase preprinted with your design.  We then hold the preprinted cards in stock until you request a release for your membership mailings.   

As cards are needed for new or renewing memberships, you provide us with the list of members and member specific information including the specific data that is to be printed on the card stock (such as member name and member number).  The membership information is then imprinted on your preprinted membership card stock and is ready for mailing with your membership cover letter and/or other membership related documents.  

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Monthly inventory control report of all your stock being held for use in fulfillment.

Domestic and International Mailing with all custom forms.

Postage Deposit Balance reporting as postage is used.

Mail Merge letters or forms.

Address Labels – sender and recipient as needed.
